No samples

I got one my packages today and when i open it i find i’ve got none of the 3 samples i had chosen. The biggest reason i had made a purchase was because i wanted to try the bum bum cream that was being sampled since i don’t have a Sephora near my home and i wanted to try it before making a purchase. When i check my order summary in the app the samples are included, but not in the paper that came with my package. Is there anyway i can get them cause i really want them?
