an item in my play box arrived damaged
I received the becca shimmering skin perfector in my play box this
month, but it arrived smashed. I was wondering of I could be sent a
replacement sample as I was really hoping to try this product. Thank

Postal Code won't Register
Hi, I'm trying to order some things online and it won't allow me to use
my postal code and keeps asking me to put in a valid zip code even

Missing samples
I’ve placed many orders with Sephora. I always choose 3 free samples to
be delivered with the order. Sometimes I receive the samples I chose,
sometimes I receive different samples than what I’ve chose...

My Tarte aquacealer concealer smells so bad!!!
Hi! I recently bought a Tarte aquacealer concealer online. When I first
put it on the smell of it was shockingly bad!!! Have any of you
