haven't received order
an order I placed shows delivered yesterday to my house but I haven't
recieved it? I've checked with my neighbours, nothing. Never had this
happen before so I'm not sure what my next step is?

They emailed me this morning at 9 am, they are gonna exchange my palette
at no charge. Thanks sephora for always coming in clutch with that
customer service (hopefully this palette doesn't come broken as well.

Redeeming PLAY! by SEPHORA extra Beauty Insider points online
I can’t seem to figure out how to use my extra Beauty Insider points
card that I received in my PLAY! by SEPHORA box. We don’t have a local
Sephora yet (closest one is an hour away) so I’m trying to figure out

Unsucceful authorization
I placed an order via Paypal on the 9th of Feb, 2018, and I only checked
back to see "Unsuccessful Authorization". Also in Paypal I am seeing,
Authorization Pending. I am very annoyed and confused as to why this is
occurring. HELP

Missing samples once again.
I didn't receive any of my samples once again with my most recent online
order. Not really sure what else to say (as I feel I've already said it
all before) other than this is a recurring problem with no forsee-able

I placed an order and payed with Paypal, after a couple of hours my
order status said UNSUCCESFUL AUTHORIZATION and my orders appeared as
