How can i add points after purchase?
I thought the cashier added my beauty insider when I checked out but she
never did. I just noticed afterwards that it was never added. I have the
receipt and all, what should I do?

Posting problem
I just noticed that when I posted on BIC, I was listed as an "Insider"
when in fact I'm "Rouge." Is there a bug in the system? I want to make
sure I'm still getting all my Rouge benefits 🙂

client then you will certainly still receive all of your Rouge benefits.

Bite Beauty set- damaged?
I received the Bite prep, line, and color set in the mail. The colors
are beautiful, but the bag was broken, the lip liner obviously worn
down, and the lip balm used. Could I make an exchange for a undamaged
