Play Cancelled

I received an email saying that I cancelled my Play Subscription, but I did not. When I went to re-subscribe (which I really shouldn't have to do) I got the error message that my card information is incorrect, but I HAVEN'T CHANGED IT IN A YEAR. I even went on my bank's website to be sure and there is no reason for Sephora to not take my card and to cancel my subscription.
