Rouge 2-4 day shipping?

Hi,

I'm hoping for some insight, as I'm a little annoyed that every one of my orders I've placed since becoming rouge has not shipped within the 2-4 day shipping. I placed an order yesterday (may 15) and checked saying my order is expected May 23... that's 6 business days... This isn't the first time this has happened, and each order usually takes anywhere from 5-7 business days. I was hoping for once since ordering this early enough in the week, it would be here before the weekend.
