Received wrong order

The order I received today has a different name and address on the packing slip, and no return form attached to the bottom.  None of the items are mine, not even the samples.  I’m very unsure how to proceed with returning this and finding my stuff.  I’m also worried since I ordered this stuff as part of the VIB event.

Same thing has happened to me . I am abroad and a friend bought the package so I was only just able to open it. Was your issue resolved?

Yes.  It was all resolved through an email to customer service within a day.
