I’m not sure if there’s anyway to submit this to the company, but today I received a Sephora package and was missing something I ordered. I immediately emailed customer service and within the hour they had set up to have my item shipped to me free of cost. Granted, it was a very inexpensive item, I just felt like the customer service was incredible. I’ve always had excellent experiences at Sephora and Sephora.com, but I had never had this happen. I’m so glad they handled it the way they did!
