The quickest would be to reorder/go in store to purchase. The item might
be mislabeled in the warehouse. If you were charged for the correct
item, but received the wrong item and return by mail put on...

on different time zones. So no, you are not being ignored. Sephora
employees are entitled to sleep also.

contacting them for 3 days. Call customer service. Its more effective
then reaching out online in my experience.
