Bummed with On-Trac

Hi,

I am going on a vacation and placed a large order on Friday (Aug-24) with the 20% discount only to find my package did not get delivered yesterday per my email notifications and some of the items I had ordered were out of stock so I had to re-order existing ones and there is no guarantee this will reach me on this Friday as I leave for my vacation. This is probably the 3rd time happening to me. Please remove their services and give me FedEx or UPS. The customer care from On-trac was not of much help either. I am just sad I won't be able to get the 2 items I ordered from the sale section with discount as they are out of stock. And not be able to take some products for my vacation.
