My order was canceled

I received an email stating that my order was canceled. and that my money was going to be refunded, and I was going to get a store credit for my gift card. but I never asked for my order to be canceled. and I received two emails stating two different delivery dates for it. to say that I'm a bit confused and disappointed by this, is an understatement. why was my order canceled?
