Points not applied to account after purchase

I made an $80 purchase from Sephora in JCPenney on 8/25/18 and have not received my points. How do I get my points?

Please send me a private message with a copy of your receipt so I can manually add your points to your account.

There’s no option to attach a receipt to a private message!
