Sample containers not acceptable

Every single time I ask for a sample of a product at Sephora (almost always a liquid) it is put in a flimsy plastic container with a lid that snaps open and spills, even though it is placed in a plastic ziplock bag. Sephora I really don’t want to sample a spilled product from a plastic bag. This is frustrating as I’m unable to try the product and make an informed decision about it. This should not come as a surprise to the company since half of your products are liquid. This is unacceptable to me. I can’t be the only person experiencing this? Sephora you can do better!

I'm so sorry to hear that and can certainly understand your frustration and disappointment as I know samples are an amazing way to test out new products.
