VIB BI Points
I perchased $70 worth skincare yesterday. Being a VIB member I should
have got 1.25 points for each $ I spent but got only 18 points. I
believe I should be getting more points. How does the point system work?

Hi @Vandyl! It sounds like the 18 points you are seeing may be
additional .25 from the purchase! The way it will show on your account
should be the original subtotal and then on a separate line it wil...

Yes! Sorry for the confusion, the total amount of points you will
receive is x1.25. The 1=the original subtotal and the .25=the additional
points. So for the play box you will get a total of 13 points...

Rouge Reward card, that amount is not returned back to you. You will be
refunded for the amount that was charged to your credit car...

@Salinaf Unfortunately not. The $100 can only be used one time, at the
time of purchase, and cannot be refunded with a return or exchange. I
