Sephora app crashing
The app forced me to update saying that there is an “app makeover”, but
once i updated it, it still gives thd same error and takes me back yo

I agree that Play points should be redeemable online. I order the box
online, why can’t I redeem the points online? If I go to the store I
have to bring my 4 year old son who LOVES to put his fingers in the

Empty Sample Card
Not sure if anything can be done about this, but I just received my
order, and my perfume sample was missing. I got the card, but not vial
inside, and it wasn't loose in the box.
