Lack of Rouge Perks - Complimentary CM

What's going on with CMs? I searched on the boards and saw that it was supposedly ending in 2019, but you could still book one. You can't even book one in the app. This is absurd. There are three tiers, but the benefits between VIB and Rouge are abysmal at this point. When the sale/one time code occurred, I understand how some members felt, but at least there was an opportunity to shop. This eliminates an entire perk...if I can book them, WHAT'S THE POINT OF A THIRD TIER. CMs should be reinstated... if there needs to be a monthly limit implemented, that I can understand. But, to do away entirely? Why?

I did heed the suggestion in the other thread, but I feel that this information should be clarified for customers on the site and the app, versus a response on the Beauty Boards.  I would appreciate if you passed my concerns along.
