FedEx disaster....

For the love of makeup, PLEASE stop using FedEx for Canadian deliveries!!  I just placed an order for  $450 (after the 20% rouge discount code) and found out they are using FedEx now instead of Canada Post.  The FedEx outlet in my town is open 2 hours a day! 2 HOURS!!!! 7am-9am.  It is literally impossible for me to get there between those hours unless I take an entire day off of work and lose hundreds of dollars in pay.  I live in a condo and can't get the package left at the door (nor would I want to as it would likely be stolen).  Sephora won't forward the package to a different address (I could have it sent to my mom in another town) they will only return the package back to the Sephora warehouse (I asked them if it could be forwarded).  I also asked and they said there is no way to choose Canada Post even if you phone in your order.  So basically I will never be able to receive an order from Sephora again (including this one!).  I live hours away from the nearest store as well.  I've been a rouge member for years and am just flabbergasted that they are not listening to the multiple complaints about FedEx shipping.  I for one will not be spending another cent with Sephora until they have a shipping option for those who do not want to use the sad excuse for a shipping company that is called FedEx.  (1st world problems, I know... but the "perks" we get for spending thousands of dollars is not worth the headache of dealing with even one failed delivery from such a crappy shipping company). I also know I could buy a PO Box and get Canada Post deliveries but why the heck should I have to spend money so I can receive an order??

I know this is a month late but, for what it's worth, using a PO Box won't work. I did that once and Sephora sent it with FedEx anyway. FedEx called saying they can't deliver to PO Boxes and I had to drive 40 minutes, 2 separate times (because it wasn't there like they said the first time) to finally get my parcel.

Any words from the appropriate team then? We all are eager to know. Can I get a refund if the package is not delivered?
