Cancel or modify order

I placed an order but forgot to enter my 20% off coupon and wanted to cancel it, I was half asleep when I hit the order button. I sent an email asking to cancel it about a minute after accidentally hitting the order button but the response says it’s impossible to cancel an order. Can anyone help or simply add my 20% off coupon to the order or am I going to have to drag the entire package into the store to return it all? Thank you so much, Sarah
