One of the perks of sephora AND being a rouge member WAS the fast
shipping. Now you have to "buy" fast 2 day shipping with points or pay

Foundation error.
I have previously purchased two foundations online. And after using them
once they just aren’t a perfect match to my skin color is there a way i
can return for a color change or in-store credit if i no longer have my

Same here. My last FOUR orders contained NO free samples. I made a
complaint and received an apology (but no samples). The reason I began
ordering from Sephora was because of the free samples. Fell like I've
been conned. I'm done.
