I have previously purchased two foundations online. And after using them once they just aren’t a perfect match to my skin color is there a way i can return for a color change or in-store credit if i no longer have my receipt. Thanks !

When exchanging do i need to have the original box it came in as well ?

No, you don't need the box. If you no longer have the original order summary, you can print a copy from your online account.
