Missing my cheek Palette

Hi

I just unbox my parcel (Order no. #), but I only find my samples in my parcel, I cannot find my CLINIQUE Cheek Pop™ On-The-Glow Trio Palette ?_?

Are the warehouse staff missing to put the palette in my order? Can anyone help me to follow? Thanks so much!
