who's tired of not receiving their free samples I know I am feeling frustrated with Sephora

Same here. My last FOUR orders contained NO free samples. I made a complaint and received an apology (but no samples). The reason I began ordering from Sephora was because of the free samples. Fell like I've been conned. I'm done.
