Shipping delays US

One of the perks of sephora AND being a rouge member WAS the fast shipping. Now you have to "buy" fast 2 day shipping with points or pay $15 a year for it. I spend an ungodly amount of money with Sephora, and shipping has gotten worse and worse. I placed an order LAST WEEK that states "still in progress" online and when I call customer service, they have no answer. One lady did give me the 2 day rouge shipping for free, but this order is still "in progress" with no information and no way to cancel without submitting a cancellation request now... I'm so disappointed. If this continues, I will start buying my items at Ulta and directly from the brands themselves.
