Were they able to resolve your issue? This has just happened to me too.
I feel like this has been a common issue for a while now, and Sephora
should make their gift cards better to avoid all this.

Hi @tamomat, I'm sorry to hear this! The pin is needed to redeem the
gift card online, however you should still be able to use it in store. I
recommend inquiring with your local Sephora store directly for

yes I talked to the customer service through phone and chat and still my
gift card wasn’t reloaded. It’s gonna be a week tomorrow. Such a
