Why does Sephora always send wrong items ?

Order number is 

 

Received the package today. The package was well sealed in good shape.

 

However, I did NOT see the 3 YSL lipsticks that I ordered in this package. I only saw the GA foundation ( part of my order) and two small bottles of Living Proof hair products ( NOT ordered by me).

 

I contacted the live chat for getting the support immediately. But they said they had nothing to do about reshipping the missing products to me. Instead, they would open a case and asked me to wait for 7 business days for ……getting a response from Sephora.

 

So I may loss $135 (before tax) according to what they told me.

 

I am very disappointed with Sephora’s service in general! Last time, they misplaced my order to someone else. In the same time, I received a package with someone’s name and address. I sent the package to the receiver with the address. But nobody sent my package back to me.

 

This time, I guess that the person placing the products in the package, was day dreaming.

 

 

I quit shopping at Sephora.com because I don’t want to get unhappy shopping experience  again! I hate to waste my time for dealing with other people’s mistakes.
