wrong item received

Hi

I received a wrong item in one of my orders. What is the best way for me to exchange for the correct item? I have heard from others on this forum how sending it back through shipping can cause problems as the warehouse may deny refund for "incorrect item" even though the reason for return is receiving an incorrect item.

I have my messages turned on now! Do stores accept giving refund for incorrect items delivered? Or do I have to return by mail?

Hi @jaylinnnnn88 , were they able to resolve this for you? I have a similar issue and was wondering if you ended up returning it in store or by mail.
