Yep, same here! I contacted customer service and after telling me over
and over that they were sorry for the inconvenience, but there was
nothing they could do, they ended the chat so I couldn’t reply...

This just happened to me. I ordered yesterday and they shipped today
with CP knowing they are on strike. Why would they not pivot to
Purolator or UPS.

Every other company in Canada that was using Canada Post has pivoted and
are now using FedEx, UPS or Purolator. Obviously Sephora is a dinosaur
that can’t keep up. RIDICULOUS!

I tried live chat and the person kept telling me they were sorry for the
situation but there was nothing they could do. And then they ended the

I read the FAQ and it says they don’t do refunds. I just decided I’m not
going to shop at Sephora anymore. I’ve never had a problem with
refunding an unwanted subscription from anyone other company. It’s
predatory.
