Changing birthday
Hey! My birthday is January 30 but when I made my account it changed to
January 1, I called customer support and was on hold for a while, does
anyone know how i can fix it without calling?

My card has a 30 digit number below the barcode. Above the barcode there

@AGiorgi6, the 16-digit card number may be located beneath the scratch
off. If you have already scratched it off and you don't see it, please
let us know.

Hi @LibertyBelle215, Have you already removed the scratch off (or it
might be a sticker) to see if the 16-digit card number is beneath it?

There are eight numbers under the scratch off. There are a series of
numbers below and above the magnetic strip.

Hello,I accidentally scratched off the first set of numbers on a gift
card. How can I redeem? I was scratching off the paper and not just the
