Where is 16 digit number on gift card?

My card has a 30 digit number below the barcode. Above the barcode there was a metallic sticker that hid the 8 digit pin, and to the left of that there is a 7 digit number but it looks like part of that number is missing, almost like it was scratched off? Would that have been the 16 digit number?

I've tried entering the last16 digits, first 16 digits of the 30 digit number on the site and both attempts say "0.00 balance"? How?

Have you already removed the scratch off (or it might be a sticker) to see if the 16-digit card number is beneath it?

There are eight numbers under the scratch off. There are a series of numbers below and above the magnetic strip.
