Virtual Artist not working

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I still can't get Virtual Artist to work. Also, videos won't play. Settings are all approved. What gives?

I am experiencing the same exact problem -- I have cleared all app data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet I still get the message "Unable to launch the virtual Artist experience.  Please try again later"

 

I submitted a bug report for this: "Incident: 190602-000582"

 

I am still experiencing issues with the Virtual Artist feature on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ (SM-G956UI) -- it did work months ago on my S8+, but I believe that it also stopped working on that phone (before my phone was stolen). My Android version on the new S9+ is "Android 9.0" and has "One UI 1.0" user interface / theme running on top of that.

 

After submitting this as a bug report, I followed the advice and it still fails to launch with the message "Unable to launch the virtual Artist experience.  Please try again later".  Since this customer support message instructed me to leave a comment on the community page. 

 

Does anybody know how to make this app's Virtual Artist experience work correctly on a Galaxy S9+?
