Virtual Artist

Let me start by saying that I am using a Samsung phone. With Android 11.

Now, I had the Sephora app installed something like 4 years ago, and it had the Virtual Artist on the app. Now, come June 2022, I decided to reinstall it because I lost my Absolute FAVORITE lipstick. And I have no idea who made it or anything about it. So, I need Sephora's Virtual Artist, to figure out which one it is. Because that's how I chose it, in the first place.

And well, I installed the Sephora app, and the Virtual Artist, is no where to be found. I don't understand. It doesn't look like you got rid of it.

Would someone Please help me, explain to me how to find it again?

If it helps, I love in the United States of America. And as I stated previously, I have a Samsung phone with Android 11, on it.

Any explanation for the decision to remove an assistant feature on the app?

What?!! Are you kidding me? Why On Earth would you get rid of the Virtual Artist????

No but seriously, Why was it done away with? It was very popular
