Virtual Artist Not Working

Hi there - this feature used to work for me, but has not for about a month.  I've updated the app twice.  The app "does not detect a face" even though the camera is on and has permissions.  Any suggestions on correcting this?

Please check the app download details to make sure that your device is compatible. If it is then I would try downloading any device updates and restarting your device as well.
