points (I was already in the challenge prior to checking out) and it has
been past 24 hours but usually it at least says it’s pending after, but

@NotAnAnimal In order to redeem your gift card online, the full 16-digit
card number and 8-digit pin are required. As you do not have the full
pin number, you should still be able to redeem your gift card in store!
