Same-Day Delivery Marked Delivered — But Not Received and no help!

Really hoping someone from Sephora can help or advise.

I placed a same-day delivery order which was marked as delivered, but I never received it. Customer service shared the courier image, however it only shows a close-up of the Sephora bag at an unidentified door, with someone standing there who is not me. The door shown also does not appear to be my property, and there’s no clear address confirmation visible.

Despite this, I’ve been told nothing further can be done because the courier marked it as delivered.

I’m honestly quite distressed as this was a significant order, I’m travelling internationally in a few hours with my baby, and I ordered through Sephora directly so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to resolve this with Uber myself.

Can anyone from Sephora please advise if this can be investigated further or if there is any way to recover the order if it was delivered incorrectly?

@BlushKitty I'm sorry to hear that! It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order number. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) to enable private messages on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
