Review issue

I’ve been trying to post a review for Supergoop!

Glowscreen Sunlighter Glow & Protect Stick

SPF 45 and each time I receive this error message: An error occurred during the submission process, please retry at a later time.

 

Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing my history, and a different search engine. Thank you

is it possible to see on your end if the review is pending approval, it’s an incentive review I need to post. Thank you

@jessica104 It looks like it is currently pending moderation. Did you receive this error message on your first or subsequent attempt?

First. And was told to delete the app by a rep. So I tried that but it still didn’t work. And then another rep said to use a desktop instead of the app. Each time, including the first I received the error message
