Received empty Becca highlighter

This is by far my strangest Sephora online shopping experience.I order quite a bit from Sephora, (I am VIB Rouge) I just opened up my Sephora order of the Weekly Wow's Becca Light Chaser Highlighter for Face & Eye in Champagne Dream flashes Bellini. At first I was a bit taken back the 3 samples were not in the box that I ordered.(Not listed either on my packing slip). Its interesting some of my orders have a penciled checkmark on the inner invoice to confirm that my orders + samples are in the box. This time there were no penciled confirmations, no 3 samples and NO PRODUCT! I opened the Becca highlighter box to swatch the color, to my surprise..THERE IS NO PRODUCT! (see pics below)  Not sure what to think, just posting in case anyone else has the same issue. UPDATE 1/12/17 Received replacement from Jamila at Sephora! Wow stellar customer service, thank you!

This exact thing happened to me! Mine was a birthday gift too. No highlighter inside but it was taped shut? As if it came empty. It’s the strangest thing.
