Received a half empty product

Dear Sephora Customer Service,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I recently received an order from Sephora, but one of the products arrived half empty. I believe this may have been due to a packaging or quality control issue.

 

I’ve attached a photo of the product as received for your reference.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, either through a replacement or a refund. 

I’ve been saving my points for so long to get this.
