Quality issue with an item I recently purchased.

Hi,

 

I have been trying to use the live chat feature, but it has been unavailable every time I've tried. I recently purchased a balm and when I opened it, there was dust and hair on the top layer of it, which is pretty gross.

@AngieAchan Oh no! If this was purchased in store, I would recommend contacting the store directly for further assistance. If it was purchased online, please send me a private message with your order number. It looks like your PMs are off.
