@fourofourerror, I'm sorry to hear this! I recommend calling the number
on the back of the card to see if they can assist. You can also visit a
Sephora store as they may still be able to swipe the card for you.

Hi! I just received my Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream in the mail. I have
tried everything from over mitts to towels and it simply won’t open.
