Multiple Returns

Hello!

 

I was wondering as I have 3 different items from 3 different order numbers that I was hoping to return. Is it possible to put them all in the same box?

Yes you can return multiple orders by mail within the same box. It's recommended to clearly separate each order within the box and generate the return label for each order.

I usually do this and I never had an issue. However, recently when I did it, I noticed only half the products I returned in the box were processed as returns, while the remaining half had no update or invoice at all. I reached out to Sephora customer chat and they processed the returns for me as I provided each order number/item number, but they said they were making a one-time exception and advised to never send different order returns in the same shipment again.

 

Could you please clarify again whether Sephora allows returning multiple orders' items in the same shipment? I prefer doing this for the sole reason of avoiding unnecessary shipping/materials, but given that this happened, I'm unsure what to do going forward.

I'm sorry to hear about this! Yes, you may return multiple orders in the same box. However, I recommend printing the order invoice for each order and  separate the order and invoices within the box so that our distribution center is aware that multiple orders are included. Thank you!

Thanks for replying. Yes, I'm always very careful to include each receipt and securely attach it to the respective item within the box. Like I said, I've been doing this for years with no issue, so I'm really not sure what happened this time around at the returns center. My main concern is if this ever happens again, then customer support will not be willing to help out a second time, meaning I would lose both my money and the product.

@cookies34 while we are able to accept multiple orders in one box, I may suggest returning your orders in separate boxes going forward if you are concerned about there being an issue with your returns in the future. I will also share your feedback with our distribution centers!

 

If there are any issues with your future returns, please contact us again and we can look into it at that time.
