If you purchased in-store, you can return the item in store within 30 days for a refund, or 31-60 days for an exchange or Store Merchandise Credit.

can i return to any store if it's bought online?

Hi @hy08,

If you ordered from Sephora.com, you can return your item to any freestanding Sephora store. You wouldn't be able to return it to a Sephora at Kohl's location.
