2024 holiday return policy

Hello. What is the holiday return policy for 2024?  Normally it is posted by now and purchases made around 10/31 through November can be returned up to around jan 31. I see nothing online for this year. Have called went to store and chatted and no one is aware (one rep suggested i check back during the fall savings even which i guess they didnt know started on 11.1).  I put all the gifts back i was going to buy in the store friday. Im concerned about purchasing gifts for people and the person not being able to have time to return the product should they not like it or receive a duplicate. Sephora needs to put this put there quickly or come January they are going to have angry customers.  Also plz remember not all gifts are given on xmas day, people travel, orthodox xmas is in January, etc.  can someone please post the policy?  Thank you.

@scarlet8272 I'm sorry this hasn't been updated on our site yet. We do have a similar policy this year where items purchased 11/1/24-12/1/24 can be exchanged or returned for credit up until 1/31/25.

Let's say if I were to buy something with credit card today, will I get a refund or store credit for returning in store on Jan 31?
