Missing Same Day Delivery Order

I placed a same-day delivery order today around 11:30 AM, long before the day's cutoff, and received an email stating I could expect my order by 8 PM today.  It is now nearly 11 PM and my order is listed as Processed - Shipped, but it has not been delivered and I've received no tracking information.  Looking at my order details only shows that it is "On Its Way"; I haven't received any further communication from Sephora since my initial order confirmation.  I've read that these deliveries are often couriered by DoorDash or Uber, but is there a way to get more details on where my delivery is or who has it currently?

Hi @sharpayevans Oh no! It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
