Same day delivery missing

My same day delivery order never arrived. This is my first time purchasing from Sephora and I did same day delivery out of convenience. I waited all day and the order never showed up. I even have a camera at my front door and nothing came. The delivery picture shows nothing but a picture of a house that isn’t mine. Sephora is telling me I’ve had previous accommodations which is impossible since I have never ordered from here. I really want my refund I’m so disappoint. I just need help I spend almost 300 dollars this is insane
