Missing Items in Delivery Order

Hello! I made a recent purchase with an expected delivery date of November 13, 2024.  While my package did arrive earlier than expected, after opening the package, I realized I was missing all the products that I ordered aside from the Nars concealer (from rewards bazaar) and a sample perfume -- no receipt in the box. I waited until the 13th to see if there will be an additional package delivered to my place, but nothing arrived. I checked my order details online, and it doesn't even list the rewards bazaar items I redeemed. The delivery status is shown as "shipped" and the "Track & Get SMS Updates" isn't working. I'm a little worried as it seems that I can't even rely on the order details online. It has also been difficult to reach out to customer service via phone or even in chat. 

 

I'm hoping there's another package on the way that's like just been affected by the Canada Post strike, but I would really love to hear some assurance of some sort.
