LITERALLY. Every. Dang. Year. And today, when I thought I would at least
select Bday Points..option was GONE. I know another makeup store that
saves all their options for EVERY MONTH and got a nice bday gift there.

So i'm trying to set a new profile picture and background image through

Just changed the setting so it should work. And thank you for looking
into it. It just doesn't make sense why the pictures won't change. In
fact if i change my bio it won't change either... like i did nothing

Get off the app and go to desktop computer. Delete any other saved
methods of payment on your account leaving only the temp Sephora card

I'm have the same issues. It is a total bait and switch. Wish I never
applies for the card. It's been 10 days and still no card, and I can't
use the temporary card. Called Sephora, no help, Called the Credit Card
Co/Bank, no help.

as they should be able to look into this for you. We do not have insight
