Missing favorites
ALL my items from favorites are gone. Wiped clean. This is how I order
so I don't have to look at shades/colours etc. Some things I reorder are
seasonal and now I wouldn't even know a colour as I would have thrown
the item away at end of last summer.

What if you already have a Rakuten account? I only see Sephora BR, not
USA as well. The link says to "login' if you already have an account but
from there, nothing. It takes me to the dashboard?
