Credit card visa

Hello, I got approved for the Sephora visa credit card about a week or so ago and when I used it, it said visa as well. Well today I received my card and it was a store credit card. Does anyone know why that is? I got approved for the visa but got sent the store card, should I contact the bank? I’m so confused

@gracem1498 I'm sorry for the confusion! I would recommend reaching out to Comenity directly for more information, as we do not have access to your credit card account.
