A Significant Amount of Missing Samples and Item from Multiple Orders

This is pretty ridiculous! I Placed 3 orders last week. 2 of the 3 orders were missing the samples. My email invoice shows the 3 samples each as part of the orders along with the tracking emails showing the 3 samples each for these 2 packages. But when I opened the boxes the physical invoice that came with in the boxes interestingly does not list the free samples. Seems like this was an attempt at a cover up or just a lazy employee disregarding the samples in my order all together. To make things worse one of the orders was missing a rollerball that which was listed both in two separate emails and charged to my credit card. But in this case whoever handles the physical invoice did not try to hide the order discrepancy as with the samples and the missing rollerball was left listed on the physical invoice that shipped inside of my orders box. 


This level of disregard for online order quality control from a company like Sephora is equally surprising as disappointing.
