@Ispend2much6  I think Ree is fairly pinky-undertoned and Elson 5 is described as a blue based red so the pink in her skin may be enhancing that.

@Ispend2much6 , @LovelyDaisy I just received an email that my order has been cancelled. After all the cancellations lately I didn’t have much hope, but seeing that three weeks later people are getting theirs shipped, even being orders placed after mine, makes me feel quite bad. Now let’s see how long it takes for them to give me my money back.

@Saradestin  Oh, crap- I was hoping yours would ship!  There is no rhyme or reason why they're doing this (or none that they're telling us.)  I'm so sorry.  I honestly thought about "begging" for them to sell me my third at the discount since others were able to get 3...

My money was refunded right away.

Your case is the perfect example of their senseless decision making @Ispend2much6 . I think that they are randomly cancelling or shipping, because there are orders starting 137 that are being cancelled now and orders 138, that were clearly placed later, are being shipped, so they are not following any order as I thought... Well, it is what it is. Today I feel better 😁

@Ispend2much6 just curious - was there a reason you needed to split the palettes into 3 separate orders? I would think maybe to avoid customs in Canada, but IIRC you're in the States?

@Guessgal  It was simple avarice. 😂  I was afraid the glitch would end if I took too much time making a decision, so I placed each order after I made a decision for that palette. 🙂

I wished they had canceled all the orders instead of this sh*t show. I would go through the bank if they don’t give you your money back. I did that because is already been weeks.

@Saradestin Sorry your order got cancelled.  Once you get the cancellation notice it doesn't take that long to see the refund back to your original form of payment from prior experience.

 Got the palettes that I needed to finish my collection also I asked multiple time and they kept saying they are investigating never told me they where getting canceled. Now I asked Pat McGrath on Instagram and she said they system canceled the orders and only a few managed to not be canceled. So I’m getting mixed messages I still have not received the cancellation email. But I don’t want to get my hopes up.

@Saradestin  Several people on Reddit whose order numbers started with 138 just got shipping notices today.

I have that number but via dm Pat said I should be receiving cancellation notice soon
