I haven’t been excited since COVID impacted our lives. This collection brought the excitement of makeup back. I’m loving it including the packaging.

I don't know how well this fits the show, since I don't watch it, but this does seem a bit same old same old with exception of the two highlighters. The package is nice though. One thing I am glad for is that this did not seem to take forever to be revealed and announced. I'll be skipping this. I am hoping she outdoes herself with Mothership X.

@hersheykisseslv I don't watch it either so I'm not really sure.

In some respects it does look like something they might've just slapped a logo on; the 2 highlight pans are colours they've released previously (the yellow gold in the Metalmorphosis lab kit and the silvery gold in the skinfetish lab kit) and all 3 of the shades in the blush trio were released before as singles.

That said, the 'eye blush' palette (I assume they can't call it eyeshadow because some of it probably isn't eye safe) has all new shades and even includes one of her 'special' baked pigments.

I'm not sure if I will buy it but I hope people that do will enjoy it.

More lip balms and lip shines added to the sale. Not sure if it is a site’s glitch or not but when I added these into my cart, there are auto extra % off and make each lipstick around $10 ish.

The email came in when I was in the pharmacy line, and my fingers never moved so fast to make the order- finally got Deep Orchid on sale!

@blackkitty2014  I did receive email order confirmations for all three orders.  If I remember correctly, it's not unusual for her emails to be sent later, if at all.

Did your shades sell out?

Wanted to compare the highlighters. I think I do like the new Lunar Nude the best as it’s more neutral vs Divine Rose on left and Champagne Gold on the right. Lunar seems to be the most subtle. (Ha) 

Top- Divine Rose, Middle- Lunar Nude, Bottom- Champagne Gold

Just watched a couple of reviews on the new quads and I'm kind of regretting purchasing them. It's half the amount of product and they just don't seem that special for the price. Has anybody gotten them yet? Mine won't be here til Monday.

They arrived early! Swatches of the Lunar Nude Highlighter. I didn’t swatch the quads because I might return them. They just don’t seem very special and they’re small besides.

Here’s a size comparison between this and last year’s quads. This year’s sizes are the same size as the big Celestial palette, with 1.1 g each vs 2 g last year. It seems kind of crazy that 2 of these quads is more than the whole palette. Also the gold and champagne shades between the new palettes are very close.

@makeitup305 I really appreciate this post. Admittedly, I have stopped following the latest releases so I had no idea the new quads were skimpy compared to past quads. I have fallen out of love with the brand's newer releases, which is disappointing because it was so innovative when it first hit the market. I feel like either the brand is being pushed to market to the masses, or has switched from prioritizing innovation to max profits. Regardless, the brand has fallen off my radar for many reasons and this just added to the pile. If you do decide to keep them, I hope that you love them and they are fun to use. Like @Titian06  has suggested, if you return them, you likely will get a future opportunity to purchase at a better discount.

@fiercestpoodle I think that's what I'm going to do. I'm just not into them and after watching some reviews, even more so. So far the highlighter is my favorite, so so stunning. The palette is pretty but I don't love it as much as I love Huetopian.

@makeitup305 - The highlighter is so pretty, both the embossing and the color!  It looks lovely on you!  I see now why you're looking at returning the two quads.  If they aren't striking you're fancy, which they don't seem to be, seeing them in person, I would send them back.  Maybe you can get one or both later during a can't pass up sale such as an awesome Black Friday deal or a Christmas in July sale.

@Titian06 I wore the highlighter today and it’s stunning. I got a decent deal on the quads since the bundle was cheaper + I got 10% off and no taxes but I’m still on the fence. If they had a topper shade or something a little more interesting it would be a no brainer, even if they were smaller but they’re just kind of uninspired. Idk if she’ll have them for sale on Black Friday (she seems to have less sales and more exclusions this year imo) but they might make it to a sale later,  you’re right.
